Our French client had to review its Front & Back Office processes to allow a revolutionary approach at the branch.
The main goal was the possibility to manage a great variety of documents directly at the branch Front Office so as to maximize the efficiency of the entire group process allowing great benefits in term of costs saving and resources scheduling.
