Challenge
bancor and its reference partner into the hospital sector, have started a collaboration with the aim of streamlining and optimizing the activities of Front Office operators and patients, in terms of:
- practices processing times reduction;
- reduction of the intrinsic error margins of manual activities.
To this end, our partner was looking for a small-sized scanner that was able of:
- enter into the operators’ workstations without taking up too much space;
- read the data contained into various documents types, including not recent ones and with the difficulty of inserting “metal stamps” to fix the photographs;
- easily integrate with other softwares.
Solution
bancor, through its range of solutions and its customization flexibility, was able to offer its partner scanners that were able to respond quickly to all their needs.
In particular, through the bFlat series, it has proposed a solution able of handling documents of various formats, both “non-standard” paper (with the presence of metal stamps that make their thickness irregular), and rigid cards.
These solutions, in addition to guaranteeing the scanning of the document image, are also able of collecting the data contained therein and sending them to pre-existing management systems.
bancor solutions are now installed in various hospitals, public and private, from the Aosta Valley, passing through Tuscany and up to Sicily. Through this collaboration, bancor and its partner have been able to contribute to an important evolution of the administrative management of the Italian hospital sector.
